Poor communication as workers leave clients mid-service without explanation, causing frustration. Witnessing many dissatisfied clients today is disheartening. Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return.
