While the regulars were offered hot beverages upon arrival, I wasn't even offered a glass of water. They chatted away while I sat with my hands under the dryer for an hour without a single check-in. The end result was a disaster, yet I still paid £15. Save your money and look elsewhere 😭About

Arrived at Lux Studio on a Thursday morning without an appointment after being turned away by two other establishments nearby. The staff, all gentlemen, were welcoming and accommodating. I requested a color correction for my brassy balayage from a previous salon visit in the city, as well as a trim and blow dry. They were able to fit me in at 11am without any issues. The new color is exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels much healthier after following their treatment recommendation. This is by far the best color I've had in years.
