We recently visited the lash parlour. I had a full set of acrylic nails and my sister had a gel pedicure. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff and efficient work. I also regularly get my eyebrows shaped there and I have no complaints at all, they give my brows a lovely arch and make my face look rejuvenated. Oksana styled my wedding hair, she was gentle and reassuring while working on my hair as it was a significant day. Adored the elegant and secure style. Stayed intact the entire day until midnight without a single strand out of place. Appalling manicure experience. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application. I adore this salon - the service is top-notch. I have visited on several occasions and have been attended to by either Nicolle or Lisa, both of whom provide excellent service. They work efficiently and with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'd heard so many good things about James and as I'd been having a lot of problems with my neck I was really happy to be able to get an appointment with him. I arrived on the verge of a meltdown and left feeling completely transformed. James's massage was like no other. I've had hundreds of massages all over the world and James's was the best massage I've ever had. He took the time to really listen and worked on my body accordingly. I cannot rate him highly enough. There's a reason he's always fully booked!!! If you are lucky enough to get a session with him you won't regret it! James you are a very special human.
