The worst chemist I have encountered. Always taking an eternity to assist customers, and when they do, it takes ages to return. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return. I had a hair appointment at 12pm and the stylist was late, which was already a bad sign. When I walked into the salon, it looked dirty and unclean so I decided not to go through with the treatment. The stylist was pushy and tried to upsell me on treatments I didn't want.
