I arrived on the verge of a meltdown and left feeling completely transformed. James's massage was like no other. I've had hundreds of massages all over the world and James's was the best massage I've ever had. He took the time to really listen and worked on my body accordingly. I cannot rate him highly enough. Appalling manicure experience. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application. While the regulars were offered hot beverages upon arrival, I wasn't even offered a glass of water. They chatted away while I sat with my hands under the dryer for an hour without a single check-in.
