I had a hair appointment at 12pm and the stylist was late, which was already a bad sign. When I walked into the salon, it looked dirty and unclean so I decided not to go through with the treatment. The stylist was pushy and tried to upsell me on treatments I didn't want. We recently visited the lash parlour. I had a full set of acrylic nails and my sister had a gel pedicure. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff and efficient work. I also regularly get my eyebrows shaped there and I have no complaints at all, they give my brows a lovely arch and make my face look rejuvenated. I recently visited Beautyfini salon and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
On Sunday 24th December, I had an appointment scheduled for 11.30 am. I arrived ten minutes early, but unfortunately, I had to wait beyond my scheduled time to be seen. While I understand that delays can happen, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during this waiting period.
Additionally, I felt the customer service could have been more welcoming. The interaction with the first staff member felt quite abrupt, and I sensed a degree of discomfort, which made me feel uneasy. The second staff member who took over was somewhat better, but there was a lot of conversation in a language I didn't understand, which made me feel a bit isolated.
Regarding the service itself, I opted for gel nails based on the recommendation I received. However, I'm not satisfied with the outcome. The nails are uneven and not what I expected, especially for the price of £56. This was confusing as there was a discussion about charging £54 or £56, which wasn't clear to me.
I believe customer service and satisfaction are paramount, and I feel my experience didn't align with the high standards I anticipated, as you were recommended by a dear friend of mine. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, hoping it might help improve future customer experiences.About

The worst chemist I have encountered. Always taking an eternity to assist customers, and when they do, it takes ages to return. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return.
