I had a hair appointment at 12pm and the stylist was late, which was already a bad sign. When I walked into the salon, it looked dirty and unclean so I decided not to go through with the treatment. The stylist was pushy and tried to upsell me on treatments I didn't want. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application. I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect. I recently visited Beautyfini salon and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
On Sunday 24th December, I had an appointment scheduled for 11.30 am. I arrived ten minutes early, but unfortunately, I had to wait beyond my scheduled time to be seen. While I understand that delays can happen, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during this waiting period.
Additionally, I felt the customer service could have been more welcoming. The interaction with the first staff member felt quite abrupt, and I sensed a degree of discomfort, which made me feel uneasy. The second staff member who took over was somewhat better, but there was a lot of conversation in a language I didn't understand, which made me feel a bit isolated.
Regarding the service itself, I opted for gel nails based on the recommendation I received. However, I'm not satisfied with the outcome. The nails are uneven and not what I expected, especially for the price of £56. This was confusing as there was a discussion about charging £54 or £56, which wasn't clear to me.
I believe customer service and satisfaction are paramount, and I feel my experience didn't align with the high standards I anticipated, as you were recommended by a dear friend of mine. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, hoping it might help improve future customer experiences.About
