Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return.
