The worst chemist I have encountered. Always taking an eternity to assist customers, and when they do, it takes ages to return. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return. Arrived at Lux Studio on a Thursday morning without an appointment after being turned away by two other establishments nearby. The staff, all gentlemen, were welcoming and accommodating. I requested a color correction for my brassy balayage from a previous salon visit in the city, as well as a trim and blow dry. They were able to fit me in at 11am without any issues. The new color is exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels much healthier after following their treatment recommendation. This is by far the best color I've had in years. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning, with a pre-booked appointment next time.About
