I had a dreadful salon visit at Eleven Eleven. I visited this salon recently and upon returning home, I noticed that my hair had been cut incorrectly by a novice hairstylist lacking experience.
I requested my thick hair to be thinned out, but instead, she thinned it excessively, leaving gaps and fringing it from the roots to the tips with thinning scissors, which is completely incorrect!!!
My hair has been ruined, it looks awful now, I can barely style it, and no hairstylist can fix it until it grows out significantly.
I am extremely let down and utterly appalled by this salon and this unprofessional hairstylist. If you aspire to surpass the minimum requirements, show kindness. Especially when employed by a health-focused company.
