Visited this establishment today after finding it through a Google search, coming out of a 9-day hospital stay left my back, shoulders, and legs in dire need of a massage. They felt weak and filled with knots and aches from being confined to a bed. I saw Phil, called yesterday, and got an appointment for today, scheduled for 3:30 pm and left the clinic at 6:30 pm. He was a wealth of knowledge. Now, onto the massage, I received a comprehensive treatment tailored to my needs, and the additional care and time he dedicated to me today was truly exceptional. I left feeling rejuvenated, as if I had been given a new body, I felt like myself again. The price he charged me was incredibly reasonable, I almost felt like I was taking advantage of him. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your next massage appointment here, the level of care, quality, customization, service, and price are unmatched!!! What a dreadful experience. It seems like the proprietors have employed migrants at subpar wages who struggle with basic English comprehension, leading to difficulties in receiving the expected service. Every time I've visited, the salon has been packed with customers waiting, yet only one staff member was on duty. Consequently, she hurried through my eyebrow threading, leaving them botched as she had to pause midway to attend to another customer who came in after me. The staff member was impolite and unapologetic, prioritizing the other customer. Upon addressing this issue with the manager, they responded aggressively and dismissed my concerns entirely. Additionally, the salon fails to meet adequate hygiene standards.
