Poppy is fantastic, willing to address any queries. Provides all the necessary details regarding the treatment you receive. Prompt, friendly, informative, professional, and offering a high-quality service at what I would consider to be fair prices. When I first contacted Poppy inquiring about filler, after having recently visited another place, I wanted it done before my upcoming holiday. Poppy mentioned that it was essential to wait for a certain period following the last treatment and therefore couldn't perform the procedure within the timeframe I requested. Others I had reached out to were eager to take my money without even mentioning the recommended post-treatment waiting period. This, to me, demonstrates that Poppy also upholds ethical standards. I haven’t found any faults with this salon and the individuals who have styled my hair. It’s the sole place in the vicinity that has delivered a satisfactory service. However, a small piece of advice for one of your team members - if you intend to make disdainful expressions behind customers' backs, be mindful that you are surrounded by mirrors. It's impolite and belittling. You are in a role that requires customer service, and it should be a pleasant encounter. I couldn't wait to leave today. Liam styled mine and my bridesmaid's hair last minute for my wedding! I'd had a previous disaster with another stylist and didn't have time for a trial before booking with Professional Wedding Hair. Liam went the extra mile and moved some dates around in his calendar to help me out which was very much appreciated! I was very nervous as I hadn't had a trial, but instantly trusted Liam and the final style was incredible! I was so pleased with my hair - he really listened and got it exactly right for my hair type. Cannot recommend the company and Liam enough! Today was my first visit as I had a dreadful experience at Sunshine Nails in Stone. The individual who attended to me grasped my preferences perfectly. They were highly professional, attentive, and had a gentle touch while working on my nails. The pricing was significantly lower than the previous place I frequented for years... unfortunately, they have lost my custom now.
I give this salon a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Impeccable cleanliness, outstanding variety of services.
I will be returning for my biweekly touch-up.

I have frequented this salon for many years now. Kelly and her team always greet you with the most welcoming attitude. Even on your toughest days, you can't help but feel a positive aura. The space is always immaculately clean and tidy, adorned with lovely seasonal decorations. Kelly provides a wide range of beauty services, and I recently underwent a series of hair removal treatments which were successful. The process was painless and Kelly ensured my comfort throughout. The newest treatment, the Carbon Facial, left my skin feeling soft, clean, and radiant. I experienced no pain or discomfort, rather a sense of relaxation. It can be a bit startling at first, as Kelly warns you, but I still jumped - it's all in good fun though. I am eagerly anticipating my next Carbon Facial appointment.
