The level of care shown by this establishment is truly disappointing. There has been a malfunctioning fridge since I began working in Stratford in March 2023, and it remains broken as of March 2024. During a visit in December 23, I had the opportunity to converse with the regional manager who promised to personally oversee the repair... 3 months have passed since then. After a long time, I decided to have a waxing session as I always find it painful. However, the therapist, named Ranya, made me feel comfortable and was highly professional. She used a combination of hot wax and strip wax, and surprisingly, it was the first time it didn't hurt. I recently had a full set of acrylic nails done at this nail salon. Unfortunately, within two days, one of them broke off. They replaced it for free, but then two more nails came off. I called and asked for a redo, as I didn't have time for constant repairs. I expected a new set without paying, as I had already paid and three nails came off. When I went in, they asked for payment upfront before even starting. I refused, as it was their mistake. They then refused to finish and asked me to leave. I don't recommend this place, it's a rip-off. I've just departed from the salon and I'm sharing my feedback en route home. I'm so thrilled to express my thoughts. The service was exceptional. The stylist who cut and coloured my hair was incredibly sweet and attentive. She treated me with such warmth. I admire how she caters to her clients. I observed her interactions with other customers, and she was equally as caring. One thing that stood out was that I wear a hijab, and before proceeding, she asked if I required privacy. I was pleasantly surprised and elated because she inquired about my need for privacy. I mentioned that I preferred not to reveal my hair to others, so she partially closed off the salon to shield me from view. I truly appreciate this gesture of concern for those of us who value privacy.
