Nam was truly amazing. He was incredibly efficient, responsive, and had a great sense of humour. It's been ages since I last had my nails done, but now I'm seriously considering making it a regular treat. The salon is always bustling with customers, but they handle it all with such ease. The language barrier didn't bother me at all. I initially tried to walk in this morning, but it was already packed, so I booked an appointment instead. Cash is preferred, but they do accept card payments. I recently had a haircut at Visage, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The haircut was extremely wonky and uneven. I emailed the salon expressing my concerns, and they offered me an appointment the same day, which I couldn't attend due to prior commitments.
I explained my situation in a reply email and requested an alternative solution. Unfortunately, I have been ignored since then, despite sending numerous follow-up emails. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected better service and a resolution to this issue.
I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement and caution for potential customers.
