A charming location, with all the personnel we encountered being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, our visit to the spa for a Christmas treat was a bit marred. The receptionist was handling things solo, resulting in us having treatments at separate times, which was not ideal. The treatment itself was enjoyable, using high-quality oils and provided by a kind and considerate masseuse. Unfortunately, the rooms and pool were too chilly, diminishing our enjoyment. I can't speak highly enough of this salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the quality of their work is exceptional. Despite the distance I have to travel to get there, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Both my mother and grandmother now frequent this salon as well, as we all agree that it surpasses any other place we've tried before. A definite 10 out of 10 in my book.About

Frederick is flexible and accommodating, always managing to find a suitable appointment around my shift schedule. The location is excellent - a very secluded salon located a brief stroll from the heart of York and very near a multi-storey car park!
