I must say, I cannot speak highly enough of Niall's Nails. The service provided by him is truly exceptional, his attention to detail and care for customers is outstanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the service they receive. Today, he was working solo and had to cancel other appointments to accommodate three of us for pedicures and full sets of nails. Despite this, he made sure we were all happy and even offered us a hot drink. As it is my sister's wedding, he made her feel incredibly special by going out of his way to make her experience memorable. However, I refrain from giving a full 5 stars due to a few reasons. Additional charges, like a £10 deposit and £8 gown hire, felt unnecessary and slightly inconvenient. The lively atmosphere in the pool area affected the relaxation I sought. Despite enjoyable treatments, I chose to leave rather than return to the bustling pool area.
