I've been swimming here a few times now and I must say I thoroughly enjoy it. The schedule offers plenty of open swim sessions, which is perfect for me as I'm not a fan of swimming in lanes. Additionally, it has been pleasantly quiet during my visits, allowing me ample space to unwind while I swim. Met Imogen who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease explaining what was going to happen in the session and giving me knowledge about different gemstones and their uses. Arranging a spa day at Bannatyne through a voucher was simple. The venue and treatment rooms provided a pleasant setting for a positive experience. However, I refrain from giving a full 5 stars due to a few reasons. Additional charges, like a £10 deposit and £8 gown hire, felt unnecessary and slightly inconvenient. The lively atmosphere in the pool area affected the relaxation I sought. Despite enjoyable treatments, I chose to leave rather than return to the bustling pool area.
