I have had 2 treatments from Alex for laser hair removal. I cannot recommend it enough! My hair growth has hardly come back and I'm literally amazed by the results. I was nervous and scared of laser treatment but Alex makes you feel at ease and you can ask them as many questions and they are open and honest.

I recently visited The Arc hair & beauty salon for the first time, and I must say, I am already eagerly anticipating my next appointment! The salon exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with a fantastic layout. Craig expertly handled my haircut, while Amy skillfully styled it. I have never been more pleased with both a haircut and a salon experience. Today's bold transformation was a leap of faith for me, and I am delighted I chose this salon for it. I had my pedicure today by a Polish individual, I cannot recall their name. Initially, there was hesitation in providing nail extensions for two damaged toenails due to an accident and my pre-diabetic condition. Despite explaining my needs when making the appointment, the technician complained about time constraints due to another client arriving at noon. The service was delivered with rudeness, haste, and discomfort in a cold environment with inadequate foot soaking facilities. I had to prompt the technician to select a nail polish colour as they did not inquire. Upon finally choosing a light pink and lilac blend, I was given the wrong purple shade, and despite pointing out the error, it was insisted that was my selection! Shockingly unprofessional conduct! Additionally, the constant emphasis on the condition of my toenails, which I was well aware of, was unnecessary as I sought a temporary solution for my upcoming holiday. The £47 charged felt excessive for the subpar treatment received, with an attitude that implied a favour was granted. I have decided not to revisit that establishment.About

To those who critique the massage type, please verify your booking before raising concerns, as deep tissue and Swedish massages are distinct! They consistently communicate any potential issues based on your body's condition, and if it's too tender, a mere mention prompts them to switch focus.
