I had my pedicure today by a Polish individual, I cannot recall their name. Initially, there was hesitation in providing nail extensions for two damaged toenails due to an accident and my pre-diabetic condition. Despite explaining my needs when making the appointment, the technician complained about time constraints due to another client arriving at noon. The service was delivered with rudeness, haste, and discomfort in a cold environment with inadequate foot soaking facilities. I had to prompt the technician to select a nail polish colour as they did not inquire. Upon finally choosing a light pink and lilac blend, I was given the wrong purple shade, and despite pointing out the error, it was insisted that was my selection! Shockingly unprofessional conduct! Additionally, the constant emphasis on the condition of my toenails, which I was well aware of, was unnecessary as I sought a temporary solution for my upcoming holiday. The £47 charged felt excessive for the subpar treatment received, with an attitude that implied a favour was granted. I have decided not to revisit that establishment.About
