It was a life-saving experience for me. I urgently needed my hair straightened, and you wouldn't believe how quick, efficient, and softly spoken Maryam was. She completed it swiftly, and this salon doesn't pressure or push customers into buying unnecessary products.

Absolutely outstanding service and treatments. Just stumbled upon Alex's while strolling through the arcade and I'm ecstatic I did! I underwent an eyebrow thread and tint and it was genuinely the most exceptional I've had in years and I'm thrilled with the outcome. My eyebrows boast such a stunning shape and hue and so much care and attention was bestowed during the treatment. I was even treated to the most soothing scalp massage while the tint was setting and I could have easily drifted off into slumber, it was that tranquil! I will unquestionably return to Alex's for more treatments and I can't emphasise enough what a treasure this place is!
