I phoned the salon yesterday using the number provided to inquire about hairstyling and a haircut. The lady who answered was extremely rude and asked, "Who are you? Why are you calling?" I politely explained that I was inquiring about their services, but she abruptly ended the call. It's important to have better manners and improve communication skills when dealing with customers.
