OH MY! I was in agony with my back since the previous evening, woke up and couldn’t even walk properly. Was in unbearable pain. I visited Kube to see Alex and not only were they warm, kind and incredibly attentive but I departed after 45 minutes being able to walk normally again. Even the administrative team who observed me walk in were astounded at how much Alex had alleviated my discomfort! The clinic was spotless, well-organised and welcoming. What a fantastic experience! What a disappointment with this hair salon...
Initially, they never, ever, ever pick up the phone.
My husband booked an appointment for me, providing a phone number (unfortunately, he accidentally gave the wrong one, but I visited the next day to correct it). It's been a whole week now, and still no call or message from them. I will leave a negative review every week if they don't reach out, whether they have availability or not.
I advise against new clients attempting to schedule an appointment here, as it will only be a waste of time.
