OH MY! I was in agony with my back since the previous evening, woke up and couldn’t even walk properly. Was in unbearable pain. I visited Kube to see Alex and not only were they warm, kind and incredibly attentive but I departed after 45 minutes being able to walk normally again. Even the administrative team who observed me walk in were astounded at how much Alex had alleviated my discomfort! The clinic was spotless, well-organised and welcoming. What a fantastic experience! I visited this salon for the first time after my regular nail salon was fully booked. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with my nails. The shaping was done poorly, and each nail looked different in shape. I requested almond-shaped nails, but some ended up looking more like duck nails with rounded corners. Despite showing a photo for reference, the end result was completely different as they opted for a quicker approach.
Within a few days, my nails started lifting and had bubbles, and my cuticles were left in a bad state. Very slow and rude. Charged me for an inhaler, 45 minutes later told me they didnt have one in stock and that i couldnt use the prescription to go to another pharmacy. Said it was a hospital only prescription and that if i wanted an inhaler id have to get another prescription with a GP. Rolled eyes at me when I explain that I *needed* an inhaler TODAY.

What a disappointment with this hair salon...
Initially, they never, ever, ever pick up the phone.
My husband booked an appointment for me, providing a phone number (unfortunately, he accidentally gave the wrong one, but I visited the next day to correct it). It's been a whole week now, and still no call or message from them. I will leave a negative review every week if they don't reach out, whether they have availability or not.
I advise against new clients attempting to schedule an appointment here, as it will only be a waste of time.
