OH MY! I was in agony with my back since the previous evening, woke up and couldn’t even walk properly. Was in unbearable pain. I visited Kube to see Alex and not only were they warm, kind and incredibly attentive but I departed after 45 minutes being able to walk normally again. Even the administrative team who observed me walk in were astounded at how much Alex had alleviated my discomfort! The clinic was spotless, well-organised and welcoming. What a fantastic experience! Took my sons for a haircut at the Cutting Bar in West Swindon, and it was a terrible experience. Staff were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. The cuts were uneven and nothing like what we asked for. I visited this salon for the first time after my regular nail salon was fully booked. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with my nails. The shaping was done poorly, and each nail looked different in shape. I requested almond-shaped nails, but some ended up looking more like duck nails with rounded corners. Despite showing a photo for reference, the end result was completely different as they opted for a quicker approach.
Within a few days, my nails started lifting and had bubbles, and my cuticles were left in a bad state.
