OH MY! I was in agony with my back since the previous evening, woke up and couldn’t even walk properly. Was in unbearable pain. I visited Kube to see Alex and not only were they warm, kind and incredibly attentive but I departed after 45 minutes being able to walk normally again. What a disappointment with this hair salon...
Initially, they never, ever, ever pick up the phone.
My husband booked an appointment for me, providing a phone number (unfortunately, he accidentally gave the wrong one, but I visited the next day to correct it). It's been a whole week now, and still no call or message from them. I will leave a negative review every week if they don't reach out, whether they have availability or not.
I advise against new clients attempting to schedule an appointment here, as it will only be a waste of time.
