Today, I had a Brazilian wax with Sarah and I am over the moon to have met this lovely Lady. She conducted my waxing with great care and precision, without any discomfort. I visited this salon for the first time after my regular nail salon was fully booked. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with my nails. The shaping was done poorly, and each nail looked different in shape. I requested almond-shaped nails, but some ended up looking more like duck nails with rounded corners. Despite showing a photo for reference, the end result was completely different as they opted for a quicker approach.
Within a few days, my nails started lifting and had bubbles, and my cuticles were left in a bad state. What a disappointment with this hair salon...
Initially, they never, ever, ever pick up the phone.
My husband booked an appointment for me, providing a phone number (unfortunately, he accidentally gave the wrong one, but I visited the next day to correct it). It's been a whole week now, and still no call or message from them. I will leave a negative review every week if they don't reach out, whether they have availability or not.
I advise against new clients attempting to schedule an appointment here, as it will only be a waste of time.
