Such a delightful salon, Lexi was absolutely fantastic today. They meticulously placed what felt like a million foils to match as closely as possible to my grey hair as I'm in the challenging process of embracing my natural grey colour. The outcome is wonderful, and I'm thrilled with it. Lexi was so patient and understood exactly what I was aiming for, even when I couldn't quite articulate it LOL. Very slow and rude. Charged me for an inhaler, 45 minutes later told me they didnt have one in stock and that i couldnt use the prescription to go to another pharmacy. Said it was a hospital only prescription and that if i wanted an inhaler id have to get another prescription with a GP. Rolled eyes at me when I explain that I *needed* an inhaler TODAY.
