The experience today was truly exceptional. From our arrival, we were looked after exceptionally well, with no request too much trouble!
We opted for the package which included an hour in the hot tub, an hour-long massage, and over an hour in the igloo with afternoon tea.
The hot tub was impeccably maintained and set a relaxing tone for the day with drinks flowing. We were provided with plush robes for our visit, adding to the comfort.
The hot stone massage was by far the best I've ever had. We felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated, as our wonderful therapists tailored the massage to our specific needs.
The igloo was a delightful space where we unwound and enjoyed our afternoon tea with more drinks.
We were given a 15-minute heads-up to alert us that our session was nearing its end, ensuring we didn't feel rushed.
I can't praise this place enough; we could have easily spent the whole day there and are already planning our next visit!

I do not recommend the nail technician at this location. The staff was very rude and aggressive while doing my nails. She pressed my fingers so hard that I felt pain. When I mentioned the pain, she responded in a dismissive and aggressive manner, telling me to relax. I understand she may have been pregnant, but it would have been better for her to take the day off. It was a very negative experience, and the quality of the job done was also very poor. The most marvellous thing I've ever experienced. I'm not typically one to indulge myself, but have long desired to schedule an appointment with Jamie. I booked in for Reiki, crystal chakra balancing, and reflexology.
I've never felt so at ease. Jamie was exceptional, guiding me through everything before the session, exuding warmth and making me feel completely at ease. Following the treatment, we discussed areas of blockage and potential future treatments that could benefit me. Since then, I feel like a burden has been lifted, and I sense a newfound lightness within.

I had Lime bottle fat dissolving done for my double chin. After thorough consultation with Harry to ensure I was suitable we carried out two sessions 6wks apart and the results are incredible! I barely felt a scratch during the treatments, having lip filler was quite painful so I was pleasantly surprised that this treatment was super non invasive and virtually pain free! I had some slight swelling and one tiny bruise on the injection points, slight tenderness for max 2 days and that’s it. I couldn’t recommend the treatment more, and Harry made sure I was comfortable throughout couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. Thank you again I’m so pleased with how everything went🥰About
