Milly is delightful! Got a full body wax for a trip and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and fabulous. First time getting a hollywood wax and it was a breeze. My spouse visited the place again this week for the second time, and what a contrast. The first time, the service was polite, friendly, and chatty. However, this time, they were rude and spoke in Chinese to a man sitting next to them for the entire 30 minutes. They refused to communicate with her except through hand signals, which was completely unprofessional. Had a fantastic experience here. Sophie made me feel completely at ease during my waxing session before my trip, and she did a brilliant job. I'm thrilled not to have to worry about shaving on holiday. I also had my ears pierced here a couple of months ago, and the lady who did it was fantastic - efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
