Today I visited the Virginia water location and was greeted by Alex who introduced herself as my therapist. Alex was incredibly pleasant and made me feel truly at ease and welcomed. Lily is incredibly welcoming and professional.
Her treatment bed is incredibly comfortable,
And the music she plays is top-notch,
The whole setting is just perfect.
I had a lash lift and brow shape/tint,
And they turned out fabulous.
My eyes are now sparkling,

The pedicure itself was satisfactory, however, I reserved a £35 pedicure and was invoiced £40 by Milano subsequently, which left me dissatisfied.
