I recently had my eyebrows shaped by a new employee at the salon, as the person I usually see was unavailable. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. The lady with silver hair, who I assume is the owner, was quite rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. Just had a consultation today but I wanted to express my gratitude to Ree. I have never felt so heard and understood before. You can sense that this individual is passionate about their work and genuinely cares for the clients, not just the money.
