I was absolutely thrilled with my newly micro-bladed eyebrows. James was informative every step of the way, and the procedure was conducted in a serene and relaxed manner. The end result brought tears to my eyes, I was so happy. I had light eyebrows with minimal hair coverage which James transformed into a full, arched brow with a darker hue, appearing completely natural and enhancing my facial features significantly. I genuinely recommend this process with James as your practitioner.

Vicki is fantastic, I had semi-permanent eyeliner and I could not be happier with how it looks. She is a perfectionist and spent a long time getting the eyeliner to look as she and I desired. Can't wait to return for my top-up and have a chat, Vicki is a lovely person and puts you immediately at ease. I am also having my first laser treatment to remove a very bad tattoo from my shoulder and Vicki talked me through what would happen and how it would be done so I am not worried or nervous. At short notice, we approached Sam about our wedding flower arrangements with vague requirements. After requesting a bit of clarification, although I was not as communicative as I should have been due to a busy schedule, she managed to fill in the gaps. Clearly, she is a highly experienced professional. We had coordinated floral arrangements for the tables, a striking floral bar for the registrar's table, buttonholes for the groom, best man, and bride’s escort, and an exceptional waterfall-style bride’s bouquet, which was a true work of art. Everything was executed beautifully and perfectly complemented the setting in the hotel. The pricing was reasonable, and the delivery schedule was impeccable. I cannot recommend her enough. Arrived for a full Valet, expecting an 8am opening as per the website, only to find out they open at 9am. Returned at 9am to be informed they couldn't do a full Valet that day, which could have been communicated earlier when I arrived at 8am. Despite my small car (Corsa), the sign indicated £100 for a full Valet. However, the attendant insisted it was a medium-sized car, bumping the price to £120. When I suggested the Super Valet for £45, they agreed, but astonishingly claimed to finish in just 15 minutes! The quality of work was subpar, prompting me to complete the job myself later on. I even had to remind them to apply tyre shine. Engaging in a delightful Easter egg hunt and chick-finding activity while simultaneously participating in bingo was a highlight. The museum offers a plethora of dressing-up options and play areas for children. My two little ones thoroughly enjoyed some Easter crafting. The miniature train was a big hit, and we opted for an annual membership priced at £20, an absolute steal.
