I visited Emily’s salon for the first time after she was recommended to me by a friend. I was a little nervous but instantly felt comfortable as Emily is such a lovely person. We discussed the hair treatment and what I hoped to achieve. Emily is so professional and her attention to detail is exceptional. I am over the moon with the results! I would highly recommend! Disappointed with Aztec spa and TLH facilities. Was told parking was free if using TLH, but received a fine in the post. Spent a lot on spa treatments, bowling, and games. Unhappy with the hidden camera and poor signage leading to the fine. Reception offered no help. My sibling got her nails done here 16/10. The team were truly warm and welcoming to us immediately upon arrival. They offered us refreshments, even though I wasn't having my nails done. They provided a plethora of choices, discussed various colours, and executed a truly commendable job. They provided guidance on upkeep, and she rectified a nail that she deemed imperfect. We were truly impressed. The cost is quite reasonable and they are highly skilled.
