I'd rate customer service and value poorly. My experience at Lynette's Studio 9 was disappointing. They lure you in with lower prices, then charge extra for necessary touch-ups. I paid £79 for eyebrows, then an additional £49 for a top-up before any work was done. The cost for eyeliner also increased from £79 to £89. Despite promises of long-lasting results, my eyeliner vanished in days. Lynette demanded more money for a redo, which I declined.
