Highly recommend this hair salon. Had an Exceptional stylist. For the first time, felt heard and understood. She took time to understand my desires and needs and then dedicated ample time to ensure the cut was flawless. Received many compliments on my hair looking fabulous. Despite the higher cost compared to other salons, it was worth it as they truly considered my preferences.

Jane was absolutely fantastic! Upon my arrival, I felt a bit self-conscious (fragile masculinity and all that 😂), but Jane quickly made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure thoroughly, and ensured my comfort throughout. The clinic was impeccably clean and well-presented. After the treatment, I received a delightful soothing balm, and besides some minor redness, I had no issues at all. The immediate and visible results have significantly boosted my confidence in my skin's appearance. I am excited to schedule my follow-up appointment. Just had to leave a glowing review for Charlotte at cosmetic injections. I had my first appointment with her a couple of weeks ago, and I went back for a follow-up yesterday. I have had Botox done many times before, but this experience was truly exceptional. I brought along two friends who were getting it for the first time, and Charlotte made them feel so comfortable and at ease. I attend Flow studio in Truro for yoga and now also for the lash bar! Alex is not only an excellent instructor but also a fantastic lash technician. I am extremely pleased with the results. She is wonderful at ensuring your comfort and explaining the process, especially if it's your first time getting lashes as it was for me! The studio is also a wonderfully relaxing space to be in. Zara is without a doubt the finest stylist I've ever visited in Bath. I have very fine, curly and dark hair and with a cut and colour, she completely transformed my look. She has also styled my hair for special events which have always received compliments.
