Olivia was incredibly well-informed and delightful. I had never tried balayage before, but Olivia made me feel completely comfortable. She is exceptionally warm and explained the balayage process thoroughly. She provided me with post-balayage care tips and recommended products to address my hair concerns. I have already scheduled two more appointments.
