Kavita was an outstanding optometrist, making me feel at ease and providing thorough explanations. Sam was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the advantages of various frames and lenses. Alex has styled a range of hairdos for me and recently perfected my groom hair for my wedding. Visited a store in Boots to buy deodorant. When I sprayed one to test the scent, a lady working there rudely shouted at me from across the store in front of other customers, stating that they are not testers. While I understand that they are not testers and have no issue with being informed not to spray them, the manner in which it was communicated was unprofessional and not how a customer should be addressed.
