I journeyed to the clinic in Birmingham to see Alex. I underwent treatment for my lower jaw and neck, and I cannot fault the procedure or the level of care I received. The treatment was remarkable, and the post-treatment care was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Alex for their professionalism and expertise. I cannot commend them and their team enough. She is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable, and the Hydra Dermabrasion treatment I received was incredibly relaxing, I even dozed off. Left feeling like I was on cloud nine. I've been frequenting this establishment for over 2 years, and since the change in ownership, the quality has been declining. My recent acrylic nail appointment was a disaster - it took 2 hours just to apply them, and I had to return for the white tips as my parking ticket was expiring. Despite the quick seating, the acrylics were poorly done and the white tips started chipping the next day! I should've believed the feedback. I opted for eyebrow threading, and it was a disaster. One brow is thick, the other thin. Initially unnoticed, my colleagues pointed out the difference. I strongly advise against this establishment. Steer clear of this threading salon. I regret my visit.

Cheryl provided me with exceptional semi-permanent eyebrows just before I began my Chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Considering the possibility of losing my natural brows, I was involved in selecting the colour and shape, granting me a sense of control over my own procedure. The process was relatively painless, and the results were truly remarkable. It has been four years since then, and I still have them, although I am contemplating a touch-up next year. I highly recommend Cheryl and her team.

Lovely place, fair fee, top-notch therapist. I availed of Alex's services a few years back and she sorted out a few back issues that had been causing me discomfort. Over the years, my hips have worsened due to my running and training habits. Despite being retired now, I still enjoy road biking, walking, and rowing, but have given up running to reduce strain. I underwent a hip replacement four years ago, but that hasn't slowed me down. Recently, I started experiencing back discomfort, along with pain in other joints. Without hesitation, I returned to Alex. She identified the issue as my right sacroiliac joint and a pelvic misalignment, along with tight hamstrings. The muscles on the right side of my spine were tense, causing discomfort that extended to my hip and groin. Alex addressed the problem with hands-on therapy. After just one session, the tension in my back eased, and the pain in the joint subsided. I've had multiple appointments since then, and while my initial issue is improving, Alex is now addressing other minor discomforts in my neck and legs. Alex has a calm demeanor and explains her techniques thoroughly. She also recommends complementary exercises and equipment, and sends me relevant exercise videos.
