I just spotted this store in the Walthamstow shopping centre and I was tempted to step inside as it looked very appealing and professional. I made the right decision to enter because my mother and I had an exceptional experience. The lady working there is extremely welcoming with gentle hands and her name is Keashi. I recently visited this nail salon for an urgent appointment and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day. I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered them as I plan to become a regular customer, they will be my preferred salon going forward. The salon was impeccably clean and hygienic. I have been visiting Mia for deep tissue massages for around 8 years now and I can honestly say they are the most effective and beneficial massages I have had in all the time I have been having massages which is probably getting on for 25 years. She always checks in with you and seems to know exactly where to target and how much pressure. When I have gone somewhere else (e.g out of the area or have had a massage as part of a spa day) I am always really disappointed as they never match up. I initially visited as I have had ongoing problems with my back, neck and arms and RSI but now having a massage from Mia seems to keep things at bay and I no longer get the pain I experienced before. Before Christmas she even sorted out a very painful knee injury (from an accidental fall) in one visit and I haven’t felt any pain in it since. Thank you Mia!About

This is the absolute worst establishment I've visited!! I opted for acrylic nails in a standard colour, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my nails were ruined. When I requested a colour change and repair, the lady began shouting, insisting she could only fix the damaged nails and demanding extra payment. Her rudeness was appalling. This nail salon is a disaster; I wasted my money and will never set foot in there again. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was £80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didn’t seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.About
