Incredibly convenient and efficient to make a reservation. We received a warm reception and were provided with detailed explanations of the upcoming procedure, along with a selection of earrings for the new piercings. Once in the procedure area for the actual piercing, I noticed that the hygiene standards were exceptionally high. We were once again informed about what to anticipate and given guidance on aftercare. The process was swift and painless, and we felt secure with the professional yet personalised service. Thank you for looking after us so well from beginning to end. I recently visited this nail salon for an urgent appointment and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day. I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered them as I plan to become a regular customer, they will be my preferred salon going forward. The salon was impeccably clean and hygienic. The team members were courteous, professional, and very accommodating. This is the absolute worst establishment I've visited!! I opted for acrylic nails in a standard colour, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my nails were ruined. When I requested a colour change and repair, the lady began shouting, insisting she could only fix the damaged nails and demanding extra payment. Her rudeness was appalling. This nail salon is a disaster; I wasted my money and will never set foot in there again. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was Β£80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didnβt seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed wonβt be coming back.About

I was taken aback when asked to pay upfront before the massage, as I have never encountered this practice before in my frequent massage experiences. I suggested paying half before the service but was met with resistance. The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed attitude, while other staff members were unprofessional, eating and engaging in personal grooming at the front desk. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
