I’ve visited Orla’s a few times and always have a wonderful experience, the team are consistently welcoming and supportive. On my last visit, Theo did my nails. I presented him with the design inspiration, and he skillfully recreated it. I also received a pedicure from another team member wearing glasses, and they also did an exceptional job. We received a warm reception and were provided with detailed explanations of the upcoming procedure, along with a selection of earrings for the new piercings. Once in the procedure area for the actual piercing, I noticed that the hygiene standards were exceptionally high. We were once again informed about what to anticipate and given guidance on aftercare. The process was swift and painless, and we felt secure with the professional yet personalised service. Thank you for looking after us so well from beginning to end. She was able to provide her rates (exceptionally competitive) and her availability. She didn’t refer me to her website but upon checking, I discovered she crafts candles - they are exquisite and highly recommended 😍 On the day of our event, Yasmin arrived promptly to set up, she has the most captivating smile and eyes that instill a sense of relaxation and confidence in your safety. As each lady emerged from the treatment room, they were in a state of complete relaxation and couldn’t praise the treatment enough, but also highlighted how spiritually in tune Yasmin is - she could sense our stress points, grief, and inner thoughts. Highly recommend Yasmin, a truly talented therapist who offers more than just therapy. ❤️

I waited for a long time to get my memorial tattoo, and I'm so pleased I did. Niki is truly exceptional! From beginning to end, Niki put in maximum effort. This is the absolute worst establishment I've visited!! I opted for acrylic nails in a standard colour, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my nails were ruined. When I requested a colour change and repair, the lady began shouting, insisting she could only fix the damaged nails and demanding extra payment. Her rudeness was appalling. This nail salon is a disaster; I wasted my money and will never set foot in there again. I was taken aback when asked to pay upfront before the massage, as I have never encountered this practice before in my frequent massage experiences. I suggested paying half before the service but was met with resistance. The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed attitude, while other staff members were unprofessional, eating and engaging in personal grooming at the front desk. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
