Initially, I was delighted as she promptly arrived at my residence and did a lovely job on my nails. However, my nails started chipping and the gel came off after just 4 days, making them look terrible in less than a week. When I requested a repair, she said she couldn't come the same day, only in a couple of days, so I waited for her instead of going elsewhere. On the day she was supposed to come, she stopped responding to my messages and calls, which, in my view, is unprofessional. I will now have to go to another place to have them redone, paying for the same service again after just a week because they are too unsightly to keep. I suggested paying half before the service but was met with resistance. The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed attitude, while other staff members were unprofessional, eating and engaging in personal grooming at the front desk. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
