I just spotted this store in the Walthamstow shopping centre and I was tempted to step inside as it looked very appealing and professional. I made the right decision to enter because my mother and I had an exceptional experience. The lady working there is extremely welcoming with gentle hands and her name is Keashi. Initially, I was delighted as she promptly arrived at my residence and did a lovely job on my nails. However, my nails started chipping and the gel came off after just 4 days, making them look terrible in less than a week. When I requested a repair, she said she couldn't come the same day, only in a couple of days, so I waited for her instead of going elsewhere. On the day she was supposed to come, she stopped responding to my messages and calls, which, in my view, is unprofessional. I will now have to go to another place to have them redone, paying for the same service again after just a week because they are too unsightly to keep. I waited for a long time to get my memorial tattoo, and I'm so pleased I did. Niki is truly exceptional! From beginning to end, Niki put in maximum effort. I have been visiting Mia for deep tissue massages for around 8 years now and I can honestly say they are the most effective and beneficial massages I have had in all the time I have been having massages which is probably getting on for 25 years. She always checks in with you and seems to know exactly where to target and how much pressure. When I have gone somewhere else (e.g out of the area or have had a massage as part of a spa day) I am always really disappointed as they never match up. I initially visited as I have had ongoing problems with my back, neck and arms and RSI but now having a massage from Mia seems to keep things at bay and I no longer get the pain I experienced before. Before Christmas she even sorted out a very painful knee injury (from an accidental fall) in one visit and I haven’t felt any pain in it since. Thank you Mia!About

We received a warm reception and were provided with detailed explanations of the upcoming procedure, along with a selection of earrings for the new piercings. Once in the procedure area for the actual piercing, I noticed that the hygiene standards were exceptionally high. We were once again informed about what to anticipate and given guidance on aftercare. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was £80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didn’t seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.About

I suggested paying half before the service but was met with resistance. The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed attitude, while other staff members were unprofessional, eating and engaging in personal grooming at the front desk. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
