She was able to provide her rates (exceptionally competitive) and her availability. She didnโt refer me to her website but upon checking, I discovered she crafts candles - they are exquisite and highly recommended ๐ On the day of our event, Yasmin arrived promptly to set up, she has the most captivating smile and eyes that instill a sense of relaxation and confidence in your safety. As each lady emerged from the treatment room, they were in a state of complete relaxation and couldnโt praise the treatment enough, but also highlighted how spiritually in tune Yasmin is - she could sense our stress points, grief, and inner thoughts. Initially, I was delighted as she promptly arrived at my residence and did a lovely job on my nails. However, my nails started chipping and the gel came off after just 4 days, making them look terrible in less than a week. When I requested a repair, she said she couldn't come the same day, only in a couple of days, so I waited for her instead of going elsewhere. On the day she was supposed to come, she stopped responding to my messages and calls, which, in my view, is unprofessional. I will now have to go to another place to have them redone, paying for the same service again after just a week because they are too unsightly to keep. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience overall ๐About

The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
