I had the most amazing experience with Harry! I initially came in for a jawline treatment, but with his insightful recommendations, I ended up getting my lips and cheekbones done as well. Initially, I was delighted as she promptly arrived at my residence and did a lovely job on my nails. However, my nails started chipping and the gel came off after just 4 days, making them look terrible in less than a week. When I requested a repair, she said she couldn't come the same day, only in a couple of days, so I waited for her instead of going elsewhere. On the day she was supposed to come, she stopped responding to my messages and calls, which, in my view, is unprofessional. I will now have to go to another place to have them redone, paying for the same service again after just a week because they are too unsightly to keep. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience overall 😑About

This is the absolute worst establishment I've visited!! I opted for acrylic nails in a standard colour, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my nails were ruined. When I requested a colour change and repair, the lady began shouting, insisting she could only fix the damaged nails and demanding extra payment. Her rudeness was appalling. This nail salon is a disaster; I wasted my money and will never set foot in there again. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was £80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didn’t seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.About

I have been visiting Mia for deep tissue massages for around 8 years now and I can honestly say they are the most effective and beneficial massages I have had in all the time I have been having massages which is probably getting on for 25 years. She always checks in with you and seems to know exactly where to target and how much pressure. When I have gone somewhere else (e.g out of the area or have had a massage as part of a spa day) I am always really disappointed as they never match up. I initially visited as I have had ongoing problems with my back, neck and arms and RSI but now having a massage from Mia seems to keep things at bay and I no longer get the pain I experienced before. Before Christmas she even sorted out a very painful knee injury (from an accidental fall) in one visit and I haven’t felt any pain in it since. Thank you Mia!About

The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt put off by the cold vibe and lack of customer service.
