This particular Superdrug is my go-to spot for shopping. However, on both occasions I've visited, I've encountered discourteous treatment from the cashier and other staff members. They seem aloof and uninterested in providing good service, especially the lady behind the counter. There is a lack of basic politeness and no effort to greet customers. The cashier's behaviour is particularly off-putting, displaying a lack of customer service skills and a tendency to be judgmental and impolite. It appears that she lacks enthusiasm for her role. Being a local patron, I have frequented this venue for massages over 15 times in the past 3 years since relocating to the area. However, my recent visits have left me disenchanted. On both occasions, two different therapists coated me in oil and proceeded to massage around my private areas, making suggestive touches, and offering a dubious "special oily massage". The lack of authentic Thai massage techniques was glaring, and the therapists were as old as my mother, adding to the discomfort. Having experienced over 100 Thai massages in both the UK and Thailand, I find it regrettable that the quality has declined significantly in the past two years. A change in management and rebranding are imperative for this establishment's revival.About

She was very knowledgeable about my hair, especially since it was curly, and was able to advise me on how much to trim and how much should be bleached without causing damage or breakage. She also helped me decide on the cut shape and toner colour, which turned out great and looks fantastic. Initially, Jamie was extremely accommodating following a scheduling mishap and made extra efforts to fit me in considering childcare. Additionally, she conducted herself with utmost professionalism and executed my instructions perfectly. She provided guidance where needed regarding the chosen colour and did not set unrealistic expectations. The result exceeded my expectations. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I am overjoyed with the service and highly recommend Jamie to those hesitant about trying a new hairstylist. My one pet peeve about this place is the heavy-handed approach they take in trying to upsell services. When you inquire about the cheapest way to send a recorded or tracked delivery, they immediately mention the £7-£10 option for a simple letter, unless you challenge them. It's only then that they reveal a much cheaper option at £3.10 for recorded delivery. I was even told that this cheaper option was only available online, until I pointed out that I had used the recorded option with them before.
