Scheduled an appointment, prepared my child, including washing their hair, for the visit. Upon arrival, the reception from the hairdresser immediately felt off. I did not feel welcomed at all. I mentioned my booking, only to be informed that they were fully booked. After checking their system, it was evident that I did have a booking. Apparently, the system should not have allowed the booking as she was the only hairdresser available and fully booked.
