I was having a rough day and his kindness and consideration throughout truly turned it into a positive experience and a much-needed mood lifter. From serving me plenty of tea to a luxurious hair treatment and massage, I was incredibly grateful. The relaxation area truly elevates the entire experience and makes it so enjoyable.
