The establishment was overtaken by a new individual, and upon my initial entry, I found the ambiance quite pleasant. I consulted the nail technician and presented a photo of my desired design. She assured me she could replicate it. However, upon my return on Saturday, I had to repeatedly clarify that the result was not what I had requested. Despite my autism and social anxiety, I struggled to communicate that I wanted a blue hue instead of the white she had applied. Additionally, I had previously requested silver accents but received blue ones without consultation.
