Chinese massage - ended up with what feels like fractures in my right side ribs. Massage occurred mid Aug 2024 and I'm now having to attend doctors in Sept 2024 from increased pain which started after masseuse put sudden hard pressure on my ribs. Can't prove it was them which is frustrating. My friend who attended came out feeling bruised. Awful experience. Do not go here!! I made a reservation at Mind and Body today after receiving a voucher for my recent birthday. The service I received on the phone and at the skincare clinic was impeccable. The team was friendly, the clinic was professional and clean, and overall, it was a perfect experience. Aimee, my beauty therapist, was wonderful. The bespoke back, face, and scalp massage was incredibly calming and relaxing, a self-care treat I will definitely book again. I didn’t realize how much I needed it, and I’m grateful to have discovered Mind and Body. I eagerly anticipate my next visit and highly recommend this clinic. Thank you, Aimee and team :)

Wendy's talent is exceptional, and her ability to make you feel at ease is truly remarkable. Clearly, she is well-versed in her field, providing detailed explanations on the procedure and exhibiting a remarkable knack for calming nerves. This was fully corroborated by my first session to restore my eyebrows !!
While we had discussed the process, being my inaugural encounter, I wasn't entirely aware of how it would unfold.
I can genuinely attest that the entire process was completely painless, soothing, and surprisingly pleasant.
I have encountered no negative effects and eagerly anticipate my next session in six weeks.

Moreover, they have proven to be long-lasting. This is now the only place I frequent as they offer the finest extensions I have ever experienced. Hannah is phenomenal! I've got incredibly lengthy and dense hair and Hannah is the sole hair stylist who has ever styled it in the manner I've always desired, she just seemed to completely grasp what I desired.
