I came across Lila when searching for pregnancy reflexology in the Oxford area, and I'm so grateful that I did.
Both Lila and her treatment space exude warmth and hospitality, and I immediately felt at ease.
I underwent two sessions leading up to my due date as a midwife had suggested reflexology as a way to prepare the body for childbirth, and even potentially induce labour once full term. The sessions were incredibly soothing and a true delight in the final stages of pregnancy, and they definitely had the desired impact - I went into labour just 3 days after my second session, with the labour lasting a mere 2.5 hours with no pain relief. The midwife attributed the swift labour to the reflexology, and I wholeheartedly agree.
