I recently indulged in a luxurious 60-minute prenatal massage. The therapist provided excellent service and the massage itself was truly delightful. However, the overall ambiance left something to be desired. Throughout the session, a dog in the adjacent dog grooming facility incessantly cried and barked, overshadowing the soothing spa music. Despite being assured of soundproofing measures, the noise persisted, disrupting the tranquillity of my massage. While I understand this issue was beyond their control, I was promised compensation by the week's end, which never materialised.
