I opted for this optician initially due to its proximity and my dissatisfaction with the deteriorating customer service from other national opticians. My initial encounter with Portobello Eyecare was outstanding, as they made me feel valued and attentively listened to my daughter's needs. They were proactive and well-versed in the latest industry technology, offering me options I had never considered before.
Today, they truly impressed me by going above and beyond to assist. When my daughter required urgent attention for a potential issue with her contact lens, instead of turning us away due to short notice, they managed to fit us in for an appointment and dedicated 30 minutes to addressing the problem. Throughout, they provided attentive care and valuable advice.
